At NARA we get a good number of ‘thank you’ letters, many of which are very personal and inappropriate to share with a wider community.  However, there are occasions where those we help are happy for us to share their thanks.  This letter is one of those we have permission to release to our community of many friends and supporters.

We like to feel the equipment, advice and support we offer really makes a difference to the lives of those patients, their family and carers we help.
